We Turn 15 on
December 23rd, 2008!
Dear Customer, I would like to thank
you for helping our company turn fifteen this year! I founded Pro Carpet
with the mission statement: "Reliable Service + Cafeteria Style
Service + Great Prices = Lifetime Customers". Over the years,
we have thrived while most of our competitors have perished due to these
ideals. I have always believed that Carpet, Upholstery, and Air Duct
Cleaning should be priced reasonably and fairly. We have found that
customers appreciate the fact that we don't build in heavily soiled area
cleaning into our prices like many of our competitors. This simple
difference has allowed us to clean most homes for 30-50% less than our
competitors. In fifteen years we have cleaned just under a half million
homes, apartments, condominiums, and businesses. During
the 1990's we dedicated ourselves to finding the most effective way to
safely clean Berber carpet. This led to our pioneering the dry cleaning
process currently used in hundreds of carpet cleaning businesses
throughout Georgia and the rest of the US. In the early 2000's we
developed Deluxe Packages and Pet Packages that significantly cut the
rate customers pay for extra services. Lately, we have established
flat rate Air Duct Cleaning. We are also in the process of designing and
constructing an Area Rug Cleaning plant. Be sure to look for our area
rug promotions in the near future. Throughout the new
Millennium, ProCarpet has dominated the Consumer's Choice Awards. From
2000-2003, we were the winner. In 2004 and 2005: Atlanta voted and we
came in second. It was gut-check time. I personally spent thousands of
hours re-training and restructuring our company to ensure this loss
never happened again. In 2006- Pro Carpet recaptured the title of
"Consumer's Choice for Carpet & Upholstery Care". We have held that
title ever since.
Our success could not have happened without the
support of our terrific employees. I have often heard that good people
are hard to find. Oddly enough, Pro Carpet has never had that problem.
Good people constantly find us. Without them we wouldn't be the terrific
organization we are.
