ProCarpet was founded in 1993 by Gregory Cole.  Mr. Cole had learned the carpet cleaning business from the ground floor - as a technician working for a number of small and large carpet cleaning firms. It was quite an education!

There are two simple points all our technicians are  trained with:

• Each year, dozens of local carpet-cleaning companies go out of business because of their business practices and the way they treated customers.
• ProCarpet has been successful since 1993 BECAUSE of our ethical, honest business practices.
• We will NOT use bait-and-switch tactics, or charge any customer for servics or products not necessary.
• We ONLY use experienced technicians that have passed extensive background checks and we continuously train them so that ProCarpet technicians are #1 in the industry. After all, they represent our company. They have to be the best.

Customers must be treated fairly, honestly and with respect

• This is the right thing to do and it establishes the foundation for an ongoing relationship.
• If a customer isn't completely satisfied with our recommended service, we will come back out and see if we can make it right - at no extra charge to the customer.
• We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
• Since 1993, we have serviced over 500,000 customers. A large percentage of these customers were referrals.
