Basic Steam Cleaned & Deodorized

With Pro Carpet's basic carpet cleaning, we include a pre-inspection walk-through and go over our suggestions for handling before we begin. Generally, this requires steam cleaning of the exposed areas and using a general detergent/deodorizing solution. If your carpet is under 7 years old, we recommend that you have ScotchgardTM applied.

During our pre-inspection walk-through, please point out stains, heavily soiled areas, and other areas of concern you'd like covered. Now, we'll tell you that in some instances heavily soiled or spotted carpets may need some additional work. Our technician will conclude the pre-inspection by advising you of any additional work or charges that may be recommended.

Note: Our advertised specials do not include the moving of furniture. Please feel welcome to move anything you like prior to our arriving. We request that these be moved completely off any areas that are to be cleaned.

Pet Package Cleaning & Pet Stain/Odor Treatment

Our ProCarpet Pet Package includes the necessary basic carpet cleaning service, including special enzyme treatments to remove pet urine stains & odors. We've found that many of these smells can be eliminated with just one treatment. And where our treatments often work immediately on urine spots, sometimes they can take on average 7-14 days to remove the odor. Another interesting point: the enzyme can actually make the odor become more noticeable before it is eliminated. This is simply because of the chemical interactions the enzyme creates. If this occurs, this odor will dissipate during that seven to fourteen day period.

After that time, and if the pet spot or odor comes back within a 21 day period we will be happy to come out and retreat it free and with no cost to you! In our experience, 99% of pet odors are eliminated by using our special enzymes. For particularly bad situations, we also offer pad replacement and floor sealing.
