Pro Carpet's basic carpet cleaning includes a pre-inspection, cleaning of
the general fragranced detergent solution in the exposed areas. We recommend
that if your carpet is under 7 years old that you have
Scotchgard applied.
Upon request during the pre-inspection, your technician will be happy
to some move light items such as waste paper baskets, small chairs, etc.
However, we do not move heavy items such as beds, dressers, entertainment
centers, etc. Likewise, we
do not move fragile items such as glass coffee
tables and televisions. We request that if you'd like the areas cleaned under
those items to please have them moved out of the way prior to our arriving.
Please point out stains, heavily soiled areas, and other areas of concern
during the pre-inspection.
Frequently:
heavily soiled or spotted carpets may need some additional work.
At that time, the technician will advise you of any additional work or
charges. Often ordering the Super-Deluxe Specials can save you a considerable
sum of money!

Pro Carpet's Pet Package Special includes the Basic Steam
cleaning special and enzyme treatments for Pet Urine Stains & Odors. Many of
these stains and odors can be eliminated with just one treatment. These
treatments usually work on urine spots immediately ad take 7-14 days to remove
the odor. In the event the pet spot or odor comes back within a 21 day period we
will be happy to come out and retreat it free of charge!
Ninety-Nine percent of pet odors can be eliminated in this
way. If you happen to be one of that unfortunate 1% we also offer Pad
replacement and Floor Sealing.
